1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The final itinerary, inclusions, and pricing are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Payment Policy
Clients must adhere to the payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments within the due date may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges vary depending on the tour, destination, and service providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-refundable costs such as flights, hotels, or visa fees.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and travel insurance. Landscape Holidays will not be liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.
5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided for delays or changes beyond the company's control.
